• Designs only (design without adaption)

• Modifications (addon/module for a CMS)

After the registration of an free account, you can apply as a seller.

After the activation of your seller account, you can upload your products and define the product's price by yourself. To make sure that everything is correct we will proof and activate it for further sale.

Conditions to sale products are:

• Only own works, which you owns the copyright may uploaded.
• For all uploaded products you're 100% responsible.
• In your products no external contact possibilities such as ICQ, e-mail, Internet addresses etc. may be included, and to external pages that do not have links nothing to do with the product. This also applies to your profile photo, which must not contain any URLs. We offer an easy way to upload your screenshots Your product presenting optimally, thus there is no need to install external links to screenshots. No products may be set to be downloaded free of charge, which only serve the purpose of advertising.
• Products that have been within 365 days (1 year) is not sold at least once will be deleted.
• All customer conversations are made exclusively via the ticket system of Clandesigns.de. Again, no external contact possibilities allowed.
• TThe seller undertakes all activities with the customer via the platform Clandesigns.de handle. Any attempt to contact the customer externally or customers to assign an external site of the seller or a competitor's there to make a payment. This behavior and the consequent external activities are sold a commission of fraud. This behavior we lump punished charged with 10.00 €. Plus the amount that would have been deducted from the sale of the product or service as a commission. To this end, the seller agrees that all correspondence must be checked. • Once a customer ordered and payed one of your products, the amount will be credited on your virtual account on ClanDesigns.de. Once a month (between 1st and 5th) we will pay your account balance on your bank- or paypal account. Bank transfers abroad e.g. CH or AT least have a credit of 10 euros to be present. Paypal there is no limit.
• Inactivity: If the account have an inactivity, means
  • if a seller six months not logs in and after previous communication also it shows no reaction.
  • If within 5 days no tickets are answered by customer.
  • Follow: deletion of the account and no payment of any existing balance.
• Any bank transfer or direct debit can not be completed successfully due to incorrect data, estimated a handling charge of 3 €

For every product sold, we will deduct a commission fee.

The exact fee will be calculated as follows:

• 20% as normal seller
• 20% 10% as premium member (30 days for free by registration!)

Our concept will use the following price classes:

• Single Price
  This price is significantly cheaper then the exclusive price, but also enables other customers to buy this product, too.
• Exclusive Price
  If a product is sold exklusive, we weill guarantee the customer that he is the last one who had the possibillity to purchase it. We will remove the product after the successfull payment from our product listing.

In addition, we offer premiumm accounts for sellers.
With a premium account you can re-adjust colors and pictures of your seller shop and can use premium promotion tools like a slideshow or banner to promote your product effectively. The premium account is not required to sell products!
