Individual steps in overview

1. Step:  "Remittance form"

First please enter your bank details (account name, account number and bank code), so that we can establish a connection to your bank. The name of your bank will be filled in automatically.
The following information will already be on the remittance form:

• Remittance amount
• Purpose (e.g. transfer number, customer number)

2. Step:  "Proof of identity"

Please enter the following, as for online banking with your bank:

• Bank login name (or direct banking number or account number, depending on the bank)
• Bank PIN

3. Step:  "Transfer remittance"

Please check all your remittance details once more at this point.

To authorise the remittance, you will need to enter a valid TAN, issued to you by your bank, and then click on the "Confirm remittance and finish order" button.

"sofort.com" is a new, innovative payment method with ISO certificate and transaction security conforming to ISO standards. sofort.com was developed by Payment Network AG and is already being used in numerous online shops in Germany.

Via the secure Payment Network AG payment form which is not accessible to vendors, sofort.com activates an automatic remittance in real time from your online bank account. In this way, the purchase amount is transferred instantly and deposited directly into the bank account of the vendor.

The "sofort.com" service (ISO certified online payment system) has so far not experienced any privacy violation. Nevertheless, we would like to point out to you that, there are many banks which presume that use of the "sofort.com" service leads to a transfer in liability in the event of a privacy violation by a third party because you made use of your PIN and TAN. This can lead to a situation where, in the event of a privacy violation, your bank may refuse to compensate for the loss and you will end up having to carry the loss. As a precautionary measure therefore, the operator of the "sofort.com" service, SOFORT GmbH, has taken out an insurance policy in your favour which replaces financial losses incurred through misuse of private information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy. By this means you shall be protected from potential liability risks as far as the terms and conditions of our insurance policy apply to your case.
