Templates
Should the screenshots displayed contents remain? The content on the screenshots displayed (texts, partner banner, setted servers, etc) are just placeholders for a better view of each template. You can completely edit and modify all of it like you want!

I already installed DZCP, do I have to copy the template folder, only? Even if you already installed the latest version of DZCP, please copy all files (except the file /inc/mysql.php!) over your installed version, nevertheless.
The reason is, that in our templates we're used a little modified version of dzcp, which contains changes in the php files, too.

If you have problems with the installation or you don't want to do that, you are free to order the installation service during the order process, too!

Seller
What advantages do I have with a seller account on ClanDesigns.de? The advantages are:
  • We will assume everything!
  • Easily upload your own products
  • We provide you a sales page with all your products listed
  • We will provide your customer a serious shop
  • We will provide your customer a bill for each ordered product
  • We take care of the process from the order to the delivery
  • Just in time at the beginning of a month we will send your money to your bank- or paypal account
  • Once a customer orders a product from you and paid the proceeds less our sales commission initially credited to your virtual account on ClanDesigns.de. Once a month (between 01 and 05), your earnings will be paid as a credit on your bank or Paypal account. Bank transfers to foreign countries for example CH or AT must be at least first, a credit of 10 euros to be present. Paypal there is no limit.

How can I offer own products for sale? To offer your own products you will need to register a free account and then apply as a seller.

  • Only own works, which you owns the copyright may uploaded.
  • For all uploaded products you're 100% responsible.
  • Your products may not contain any external contact possibilities such as ICQ, e-mail adress, Internetadress etc. This is also true for your profile photo, which can not contain Internet addresses.
  • All your correspondece with your customers will exclusively run through the ticket system of Clandesigns.de. There should be no products are discontinued, the islets offered free for download, which only serve the purpose of advertising.
  • Please ensure that your correspondence does not contain any external contact possibilities such as ICQ or e-mail adresses also.
  • Products that have been within 365 days (1 year) is not sold at least once will be deleted.
  • Your products in the categories of "full templates, designs only, exclusive price only, flash" should not fall below an individual or exclusive price of 10 EUR. For all other products, a minimum price is 5 EUR.


What is the sale commission / comission fee? For every product sold, we will deduct a commission fee.

What advantages do I have with an additional premium membership? In addition, we offer premium accounts for sellers.
With a premium account you can re-adjust colors and pictures of your seller shop and can use premium promotion tools like a slideshow or banner to promote your product effectively. The premium account is not required to sell products!

I get the error message. The zip archive is unfortunately not uploaded correctly. Please try the upload again or Contact us via the ticket system.

Possible causes that can trigger an error when uploading.

  • The zip file is larger than 150MB
  • It's a RAR archive
  • The upload takes longer than 2 minutes (script timeout)
  • It could be a browser add-in blocking the upload
  • Your Internet Security may prevent some
  • Give it a whirl using a different browser

Order
How do I order? To order a template or a modificateion, just click at the product overview on the button » order now « in the right row, to begin the ordering process.

Single Price If you want to buy a product with Single Price, so other customers have the option to by that product, too!
The advantage is a much lower price, because many customers share the normal price.

How often a template already has been sold you can look on the product overview on the right row under "Sales".

Exclusive Price If you want to buy a product with Exclusive Price, you are the last customer who have the option to buy this. After successful payment, the procut will be removed from our shop. Thus you have acquired all* rights to the product. And allowed to use it, among other again on our platform offer. *Depending on the rights of the seller gives you.

Modify header At this option, the seller will modify the header after your whishes, change pictures or add new ones.
Please not, that no animated pictures are included nd the value of this extras have a maximum of one-time hour.

Modify clanname font You don't have any clue how to modify the clanname font into the header? No Problem!
If you choos this extra during the order process, the seller will do that for you!
Tell the seller directly during the order process, which clanname font we have to modify into the header.

Installation We are also happy to install your purchased product onto a webserver of your choice.
Please tell us your ftp- and mysql-data of your webserver during the order process, directly.
Please proof before your order, if your webserver reaches the minimum requirements. If an installation isn't possible because of a lack of functions, the amount can not be refunded.

Install / modify modification You have problems whit the installation or adaption of the modification or you don't have any clue whith that stuff? If you choos this extra during the order process, the seller will do the adaption and installation, completely!


Can I resell my purchased product? If you purchased your product with Exclusive Price and no other customer purchased it before, of course you can resell this product, if you want.
But if you pruchased a product with Template Price, plase contact us before you want to resell it!

Payment
Which payment options do you offer? We offer a fast payment via PayPal or "Sofort�berweisung" or a payment via wire transfer on our bank account.

How do I receive my bill? After the successfull order you will receive your bill around 10 minutes on your entered email address, automatically.

How can I cancel my order? If you didn't received your ordered product, you can cancel the order within a month without giving reasons via fax or e-mail.

Delivery
When do I get my ordered product? After the successfull payment, your product will be activated for download.
The link for downloading your product you will receive to your entered email address.
If you purchaes an extra, which contains the modifying of your product, we will contact you via email and inform you about the next steps.

Can the delivery be accelerated by sending a screenshot of the payment? If you didn't payed via PayPal or Sofort�berweisung, we will send your product after the receive of your money on our bank account.
An earlier deliverey is not possible, even not after sending a screenshot of the payment.

Privacy
I cancelled my order - are any of my data stored? Your data won't be stored if you don't finished the order.

Will my data send to third parties? Your data will be kept confidential and will only used for the bill and for internal statistics. Your data will never be shared with third parties.
